Members of the Deposit Protection Service, an organisation authorised by the Government to protect tenants’ deposits, provide an independent dispute resolution service. In the unlikely event that any of our clients feeling that they have reason for complaint.
We are also members of The Property Ombudsman Scheme. The UK’s independent authority, set up to uphold information rights in the public interest, promoting openness by public bodies and data privacy for individuals.
